\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe see nursing care as qualified, patient-oriented care that contributes to maintaining or restoring health, alleviating pain and improving quality of life. We are guided by Dorothea Orem’s “self-care deficit model”, the basic idea of which was to include all targeted and conscious actions that are carried out in order to achieve, maintain or restore health and well-being. These activities can either be carried out by oneself or by a third party. This is why our patients and, if they wish, their relatives are actively involved in the treatment process as much as possible. We know: High-quality care is only possible if the staff have enough time for their patients. That is why all other organizational processes on a ward are handled by ward assistants employed specifically for this purpose. This allows us to ensure that the nursing staff can concentrate fully on the patients. <\/p>

In line with the concept of area nursing, we also have a clear assignment of no more than 8 to a maximum of 13 patients to one nurse. This allows our nursing staff to take responsibility for the long-term care of a patient. This makes them even more the focus of our attention. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
